Xiaozhi Card is an ESP32-S3-based smart voice terminal. It supports 4G and Wi-Fi connectivity and is equipped with a 2.7-inch capacitive e-ink touchscreen, microphone, and speaker, delivering a smooth and user-friendly voice-interaction experience. With an onboard 300 mAh battery, the device features charging management and battery level detection for long standby time and convenient charging.

Xiaozhi Card offers three wake-up methods—button, touch, and voice—to suit different user habits. The magnetic design allows easy attachment to the base, a refrigerator, or any metal surface. Pogo-pin magnetic contacts handle both communication and charging between the host and the base. The base provides a USB Type-C port, a Grove port, reset and download buttons, and an RGB status LED. Ready to use out of the box with simple configuration, it is an ideal choice for voice assistants, digital assistants, MCP terminals, and other smart-interaction scenarios.

SIM Card

The product comes with a China Mobile IoT SIM card that includes 1 GB of XiaoZhi dedicated data per month and is valid for one year, counted from the first time it goes online. After the validity period, you can renew it at http://iotwe.yshiqi.com/recharge.php.
If the SIM card is still within the one-year trial period, the Recharge Management Page will display “This card is not eligible for online recharge” (as shown below), but this does not affect normal use. We recommend recharging after the trial period expires.

Button Operations

• Power On: Long-press for 2 s the round button on the back of Xiaozhi Card.
• Power Off: Double-click (two quick presses) the rear round button. While powered on, swipe from top to bottom on the screen to bring up the power-off menu as well.
• Standby / Wake: While powered on, single-click the rear button to toggle between standby (idle) and wake (listening) states.
• Reset: With Xiaozhi Card attached to the Base and powered via USB, short-press the button on Xiaozhi Card Base to reboot the device.
• Download Mode: With Xiaozhi Card attached to the Base and powered via USB, long-press the button on Xiaozhi Card Base until the green LED lights up to enter download mode.
