SKU:U040-B
Unit Pahub v2.0 is an I2C device splitter that can expand a single I2C HY2.0-4P interface into six channels, and allows mounting slave devices with the same I2C address (by controlling polling of different channels to enable co-existence of devices with identical addresses). It is embedded with a PCA9548AP-I2C multi-channel switch IC, supporting the expansion of 6 sets of I2C devices.
Specification | Parameter |

Product Size | 48.0 x 24.0 x 10.8mm |
Product Weight | 7.5g |
Package Size | 138.0 x 93.0 x 11.8mm |
Gross Weight | 13.0g |
According to the schematic and PCA9548AP datasheet, this Unit can modify the I2C address of the device by controlling the logic level combinations of pins A0~A2 (default address is 0x70).
Three SMD resistor pads are reserved on the PCB of the Unit for A0-A2, as shown in the figure below.
After soldering a 0Ω resistor, the corresponding pin level will change from low to high. The logic level combinations of the pins and their corresponding I2C addresses are shown in the table below.
