Factory Firmware
When the device experiences abnormal operation, you can try re-flashing the factory firmware to check if there is a hardware fault. Refer to the following tutorial. Use the M5Burner firmware burning tool to flash the factory firmware to the device.
1. Preparation
- Refer to the M5Burner Tutorial to complete the firmware burning tool download, and refer to the image below to download the corresponding firmware.
2. Download Mode
- Press and hold the reset button (for about 2 seconds) until the internal green LED light turns on, then release. The device is now in download mode and ready for firmware burning.

3. Port Selection
Connect the device to the computer via a USB cable. Once the device is in download mode, select the corresponding device port in M5Burner.
4. Firmware Burning
Click "Burn" to start the flashing process.
The result is shown in the image below:
