When the device is not functioning properly, you can try re-flashing the factory firmware to verify whether there is a hardware issue. Refer to the following tutorial. Use the M5Burner firmware flashing tool to burn the factory firmware to the device.
1. Preparation
- Refer to the M5Burner Tutorial to complete the download of the flashing tool, and follow the image below to download the corresponding firmware.
2. Download Mode
To enter Download Mode, set the power switch on the side of the Cardputer to the OFF position. Then, before powering on, press and hold the G0 button. After the device is powered on from the rear, release the button. The device will then enter Download Mode.

3. Port Selection
Connect the device to the computer via a USB cable. After the device enters Download Mode, select the corresponding device port in M5Burner.
4. Firmware Flashing
Click Start to begin flashing. After the flashing is complete, the interface will display Burn successfully, click here to return.
